Shaykh Muhammad AlShareef

Muhammad Alshareef was born in 1975 and raised in Canada. In his youth, he memorized the Quran and later graduated with an Islamic Law degree from the Islamic University of Madinah, class of 1999. He is the founder of AlMaghrib Institute through which he teaches university-level seminars on Islam. AlMaghrib Institute seminars have been conducted across the USA and Canada, as well as in Australia.

Muhammad Alshareef has also founded EmanRush Audio and Khutbah.com, and actively keeps in touch with the online community at the AlMaghrib Forums.

Shaykh Yasir Qadhi

Yasir Qadhi was born in Houston, Texas and completed his primary and secondary education in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, after which he was accepted as a student at the Islamic University of Madinah. After completing a diploma in Arabic, he graduated with a B.A. from the College of Hadith and Islamic Sciences. Thereafter, he completed a M.A. in Islamic Theology from the College of Dawah.

Yasir Qadhi is currently pursuing his doctorate, in Religious Studies, at Yale University in New Haven, CT. At AlMaghrib Instiute he teaches the Light of Guidance and the Light Upon Light seminars, which focus on aqeedah.

Shaykh Tawfique Chowdhry

Tawfique Chowdhury is the founder and director general of AlKauthar Institute and Mercy Mission. He excelled in his Islamic studies both classically from the scholars of Medinah as well as graduating from the college of Shariah from the Islamic University of Medinah.

He is also an experienced business professional holding a CEO position with a multinational IT company as well as soon to be medical doctor. He is also a corporate trainer, business coach and mentor.

Shaykh Waleed Basyouni

Shaykh Waleed Basyouni graduated with a Bachelors in Islamic Sciences from Al-Imam Muhammad University, KSA; did his Masters in Islamic Theology, World Religions and Modern Religious Sects from Al-Imam Muhammad University; and acquired a Doctorate in Theology. He is also an instructor at the American Open University in Alexandria, VA, USA, and serves as, the Imam of Clear Lake Islamic Center, Houston, TX, USA. Shaykh Waleed has Ijaazahs in reciting the Holy Quran and in several books of Hadeeth, awarded by various scholars. He studied under great scholars time such as Shaykh Ibn Baz, Abdul-Razzaq Afify and others.

He is also a member of the North American Imam Federation (NAIF), Assembly of Muslim Jurists in America (AMJA)-Fatwa and Research Committee, Director of Texas Dawah Convention, and Advisor to numerous Islamic Societies/Organizations around the US.

Shaykh V Abdur Rahim

Dr. Abdur Rahim is the director of the Translation Centre of the King Fahd Quran Printing Complex and former professor of Arabic at the Islamic University of Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Shaykh Kamal El Mekki

Kamal El Mekki is a young dynamic speaker and lecturer in the United States who dedicates his time and efforts into educating the people through his various talks. He teaches a number of intensive courses designed for the youth and also specializes in the field of Islamic History. The most famous of his talks is his vibrant Dawah workshop called "How to Give Shahadah in 10 minutes," which has led hundreds to Islam.

He served as the Imam of George Mason University and has also served as a radio talk show host for a large Islamic radio station in America.

Dr. Zakir Naik

A medical doctor by professional training, Dr. Zakir Naik is renowned as a dynamic international orator on Islam and Comparative Religion.

Dr. Zakir Naik clarifies Islamic viewpoints and clears misconceptions about Islam, using the Qur'an, authentic Hadith and other religious Scriptures as a basis, in conjunction with reason, logic and scientific facts.

Maulana Yusuf Islahi

Maulana Mohd. Yusuf Islahi is Member of Markazi Majlis-e-Shoora (Member Central Advisory Council), Representative council of the Jamaat and also the In charge of Darsgah Islami Rampur and Jamiatus Salehat, Rampur.

His Publications include Adaab-e-Zindagi which has a wide circulation. The book has been translated in almost all major Indian languages besides English and several foreign languages.
