• Withdrawal Policy for Newly Registered Students: 100% refund for students who only attended 1 weekend or less. 50% refund for students who attended 2 weekends or less.
• If you wish to withdraw your child from the program, kindly send an email notice to ahws@alhudainstitute.ca at least 30 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in the inability to refund fees for the current month if payment has already been processed. In such cases, withdrawal will only be effective from the following month onwards.
• Going forward we will not be accommodating internal program switches, hence please make sure to register in the best suited program for yourselves
• We require a $50 re-registration fee for students who require readmission in the current school year
• We do not have a vacation leave policy, and admission can only continue if you continue to pay the months fees
