Guided Hearts: Nov-Dec 2020

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“You will not enter Paradise until you have faith, and you will not have faith until you love each other. Shall I direct you to something which if you fulfill you will love one another? Spread peace among yourselves.”

Share the Blessings 2020 – Ramadan Food & Toy Drive

Ramadan is here, and it is going to be a Ramadan like never before!  With the COVID-19 crisis, we are forced into quarantine and cut off from society. But that should not, and will not stop us from reaping the benefits of this blessed month Insha’Allah! Now more than ever before, people are in dire need and dependent on the community and food banks for a basic necessity like food. We can still spread hope and share our blessings with everyone in the community by participating in Serving Humanity’s annual Ramadan Food & Toy Drive.

“The Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم was the most generous of all people, and he used to be even more generous in the month of Ramadan…(Bukhari)”

To limit the spread of the virus, we are only collecting monetary donations. These donations will be used to feed local families by providing food packages containing non-perishable food items such as rice, sugar, flour, oil, lentils and more, and to provide toys for Eid.

Help ease hunger for those in need. Bring a smile to a child’s face for Eid. Donate now in this beautiful month of Ramadan.

*Note: We do our best to allocate and disperse Ramadan donations in the month of Ramadan. Donations that come in too late are either held for the next Ramadan or dispersed in appropriate projects as per need.

COVID19 RELIEF

“The merciful will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Be merciful to those on earth and the One in the heavens will have mercy upon you.”
– Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم
It’s time to come together to support and protect one another. Give to these charities and be a part of our fight against the COVID-19 Pandemic.
We are stronger together!
