We’re back with our annual tree planting event!!
Be a part of our free event to plant 100 trees this coming weekend and help us conserve nature.

Plant now in the Dunya for a Greener Aakhirah!

Important Guidelines:

  • Everyone attending MUST register individually.
  • Participants will need to bring their own gardening gloves & water bottles, and closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Every registrant will be emailed additional waivers. We kindly ask that you print and bring the signed forms to the planting site. All participants under 18 are required to bring the signed forms with them.
  • High School volunteers are eligible to receive volunteer hours for this event!
  • In case of weather changes, we’ll update you about any cancellation via email prior to the event.

*Please note that there is a limited number of 25 participants so please only sign up if you are able to come. Anyone experiencing Covid or flu-like symptoms is requested to stay at home. 

This is a great chance for a family activity to give back to the community together! We hope that you’re able to make it.

Qur’anic Guidance

Qur’anic Guidance is our unique monthly Tafsir class that primarily caters towards our Deaf Muslim Community. The class is conducted in American Sign Language to convey the words of Allah (SWT) to important members of our community.

How often is the class conducted?

The class is being offered on a monthly basis.

Where can I attend the class?

We have now resumed our in-person classes Alhamdulillah! They take place on the third Sunday of every month, from 3:00 pm – 5:00pm.

Do I have to be a deaf person to attend these sessions?

Our classes are primarily catered towards Muslims who are deaf or hard of hearing but we often get students who are interested in learning ASL or learning more about the Qur’an. You’re welcome to attend/sign up in either case, in sha Allah.
